Kevin You is a Seoul-based photographic artist. His work explores connections formed between people, spaces, and various other forms of mediation, drawing on personal memory, present experience, and chance encounters in public space.

He is currently developing the Connections Trilogy, a long-term photographic project built around distinct but related questions.

The first chapter, Relationships, reconstructs memories of past relationships through present-day scenes in a reality where many of the physical links that once connected him to the past have disappeared.

The second chapter, Encounters, shifts his attention to the present, observing the places he occupies and the people he meets there. It records the physical points of contact through which people gathered for different reasons become briefly connected.

His work has been presented through exhibitions and photography festivals in Korea and abroad, and he continues to develop questions rooted in personal experience into visual narratives through photography.
